Service Capabilities

While mobile teams can handle many issues in the field, cars that need extensive work are directed to our shop in Snowflake.
A repair can start in the field and then be completed in the shop if required—but never the other way around. Shop work stays in the shop. All mobile work is coordinated by the shop manager to ensure consistency with Apache’s quality standards.
